Experience: Customer Care related: 1 year (Required)
Language: Bahasa (Preferred) & English (Preferred)
1. Respond to customer enquires/complaints within 2 hours.
2. Achieves satisfactory customer satisfaction index.
3. Submit service exception reports to BIC within 48 working hours.
4. Ensure completion of special projects/task.
5. Check/classify and verify all pending from dispatch rider.
6. Ensure all information’s are updated into system.
7. Make arrangement for urgent consignment.
8. Check and handle all major A/C document.
9. Follow all ISO procedures and requirement.
10. Monitoring all Pre alert document and ADC card.
11. Check and revert back all email to origin.
12. Answer telephone call within 3 rings
.13. Acceptance of incoming shipment.
14. Attending to customer request and questionnaires.
15. Attend to walk in customer at the counter.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
