Job Description
Tribe now seeks Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance for customers of our largest mobile gaming client. In this role, you will bring your positive energy, enthusiasm and expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers, providing background support to our customers. You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you each and every day.
What we offer :
RM3,000 basic salary

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written Mandarin and English communication skills; candidates will complete a language test to assess fluency
Ability to communicate in written professional English
Experience in live chat and email reply is fundamental
The ability to navigate in several computer platforms simultaneously
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Experience in customer service live chat and/or call center
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
