CONTRACT
Customer Service Executive (ACCA Mandarin)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Providing first level support by receiving phone calls / email from ACCA customers on general enquiries (China customers)
- Training provided
- Languages: Mandarin (Speak, read and write/type)
- Working days: Monday - Sunday (2 off days per week)
- Shift: 8am - 8pm (Rotational eg; 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm etc) .
- Salary: RM3000 - RM3,500 + RM 300 (Attendance & Performance)
- Location: Plaza Sentral, across KL Sentral
- Able to converse, read, write/type in Mandarin
- Retiree are encouraged to apply as well
- No age restrictions as long as you are able to perform the duty well
- Intake : 23rd December 2024
- Experience in customer service roles is desirable.
- Past working experience in contact/call center is encouraged to apply
- Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused
- Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills
- Chinese (Preferred)
- Malay/Indian that able to speak Mandarin also encourage to apply
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
