JOB SUMMARY All branch activities and ensure that the business objectives of the showroom are achieved in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. The Branch Manager is accountable for the sales, gross profit and asset / merchandize management of the showroom. OBJECTIVES, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure all teller duties is up to date.
To ensure that day to day all transaction is tally.
To be able to handle computer and other relevant administrative duties done accordingly.
To make sure all counters are clean and need before business start.
To work as team in all level.
To ensure summiting reports in timely manner to your Supervisor and branch head.
To assist to complete back door work with your supervisors.
To follow up SOP direction.
To be punctual at all time especially when reporting to work / report duty.
To involve / participate in Marketing activities and other promotional activities both Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB. Promoting and creating awareness about the business towards public.
To ensure that daily loan and monthly target for showroom and individual effort meets the desired target.
To ensure that PB daily and monthly target for showroom and individual effort meets the desired target.
To discuss matters arising and clarify things in harmonious way, to avoid hostile situation and personal attack towards others.
Operation hours : 10am-10pm (2 shifts), weekends and public holiday. (2 days off) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
