Job Description - Manage phone calls, correspondences and answering enquiries or complain about services (e-mail, letters, packages etc). - Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and resident family member/clients/customer. - Assist and prepare the plan for community event. - Performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently.
