Therapy Manager
The Therapy Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of therapy services within the facility or practice. This includes supervising therapy staff, overseeing patient care, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and managing departmental operations to optimize service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

- Manage and supervise a team of therapists and support staff, performance evaluations.
- Provide mentorship and support to staff to foster professional development and ensure high-quality care.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the therapy department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure that therapy services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure that therapy services are effective and meet patients’ needs.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of therapy practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets, including expense tracking and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, staff performance, and departmental activities.
- Identify areas for program development and improvement to enhance therapy services
- Implement new therapies, techniques, or technologies as appropriate.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to coordinate patient care and services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning and decision-making.
- Ensure that all therapy practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Promote a safe and healthy work environment for staff and patients.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, etc.
- At least 6 years of experience in a therapy-related field, and in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
