Administrative Consultant (Ergonomics) - i Green Office Furniture
Location: Jalan Kusta, Sungai Buloh

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Administrative Consultant with expertise in ergonomics to help our clients navigate their journey towards healthier, more comfortable workspaces. In this role, you will focus on understanding client needs, mapping out their customer journey, and offering expert guidance on ergonomic solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to resolve their ergonomic challenges, making sure their experiences with us are seamless and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the client journey map, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their ergonomic needs and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Educate clients on ergonomic best practices, helping them implement changes that promote comfort, productivity, and wellness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor and evaluate client feedback, using insights to continuously improve our approach and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or consulting role.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in ergonomics and workplace design.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
