Creative Graphic Designer
Requirements
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in graphic design or similar role is required for this position
- Familiarity with design software
- Remarkable ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, flexible hours during peak season and meet KPIs
- Proficient in both written and spoken ENGLISH and MANDARIN is a MUST . As the role requires candidate to engage with mandarin speaking customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software.
- Turn strategic direction into high-quality designs that fit the established brand identity.
- Develop concepts by hand or software and execute original content by determining ideal usage of colors, text, font styles, images and layout.
- Manage the design and upload process for all project materials in accordance with best practices for using content management systems.
- Utilize trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific categories.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Work well in team and independently.
- Develop master visual concepts aligned with the internal creative brief and the campaign's objectives.
- EPF, EIS and SOCSO, protect your basic rights.
