As a Personal Assistant , your main responsibility will be to actively provide assistance and support to senior level management, in providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner :

• Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Devise and maintain office filing system

If you are：
✅Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Malay
✅ Not related experience required
✅Proficient in computer, social media and office software
✅Positive, proactive and having high sense of responsibility
✅Having positive mindset, good attitude and teamwork spirits

Nature of Work：Full Time
Working location：Seberang Jaya, Penang
Working hours：10am-7pm （Monday to Friday）, 10am-2pm（Saturday）
