Job Summary
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- To do food ordering on raw meat, seafood, vegetables and others
- Able to cook with minimal supervision and coordinate with a diverse team.
- Good control of food cost and self-hygiene practices both in and out of the kitchen
- To ensure the smooth daily operation of the kitchen.
- To perform duties as per assigned from time to time.
- Be involved in Quality Assurance study when required.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Culinary or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Food and Beverage/Hospitality industry
- Have experience in Western cuisine cooking will be preferred.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
