Cook - Breakfast Buffet (5 AM to 12PM only)

Job Description
  • Cook for a breakfast buffet at a hotel/serviced residence at Jalan Tun Razak, KL
  • Working hours are from 5 am - 1 pm only
Requirements
  • Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a small team, and maintain a high standard of quality for food as well as hygiene
Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
