We’re seeking a proactive, data-driven Content Strategist who thrives on creativity and analytics. In this role, you’ll develop and manage a high-intensity Instagram content calendar, combining educational insights with emotional appeal to grow Pasxcel’s audience and deepen engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to create content that resonates with parents of school-age children, with the flexibility to adapt to real-time feedback and emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Content Planning with Audience Focus: Develop and manage a daily Instagram content calendar aimed at resonating with parents of school-age children. Your work will reflect an empathetic understanding of our audience’s needs and will contribute to our educational mission with purposeful engagement.
- Emotionally Engaging Content Creation: Craft captions, hooks, CTAs, and viral elements (e.g., trending audio, hashtags) that align with audience pain points and educational themes. Your creativity will help bridge the gap between content and connection, fostering an inclusive, supportive online community.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Adaptation: Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategy daily based on insights. Your adaptability will allow you to respond effectively to real-time data, ensuring content aligns with our growth goals and maintains relevance.
- Efficient, Collaborative Content Briefing: Work closely with the Videographer-Graphic Designer, providing clear messaging, visual direction, and objectives to support seamless collaboration. Your ability to communicate with empathy and precision will be essential for consistent and cohesive content.
- Trend Integration and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends and visibility tactics, implementing reel formats, viral audio, and hashtag usage to maximize reach. Your innovative thinking will allow us to lead with trends while staying true to Pasxcel’s brand voice and mission.
- Ownership & Accountability: We value strategists who take initiative, assume full responsibility for their work, and find creative solutions to drive growth.

- Knowledge of Instagram analytics with the ability to interpret data and refine content strategy to drive meaningful growth.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration and team updates.
- A creative, audience-centered thinker with experience in content ideation and strategic planning.
