Confinement Center Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Confinement Center Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of a confinement center, ensuring high-quality care and support for postpartum mothers and their newborns. This role involves supervising a team of caregivers, coordinating with healthcare providers, maintaining the center's hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring all clients' needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
The Confinement Center Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of a confinement center, ensuring high-quality care and support for postpartum mothers and their newborns. This role involves supervising a team of caregivers, coordinating with healthcare providers, maintaining the center's hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring all clients' needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily center operations, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all services adhere to established protocols and quality standards.
- Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, including baby care products and essential medications.
- Staff Supervision and Training:
- Supervise a team of caregivers, nurses, and support staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular training sessions on infant care, maternal health, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Promote a positive, empathetic, and professional work environment.
- Client Care and Support:
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor the health and comfort of mothers and newborns, coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.
- Arrange consultations and provide support on breastfeeding, newborn care, and maternal recovery.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all safety, health, and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage and report any incidents or concerns regarding client or staff safety.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of client care, staff schedules, and operational expenses.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on center performance and client feedback.
- Assist in budget management and financial planning.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
