Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information relating to our services
Write and distribute email, correspondence and memo, letters, faxes and forms
Scheduling and meeting co-ordination
Maintain filing system
Maintenance and utilities monitoring
Liaise with vendor and contractor for respective project
Order office supplies and research new dealers and suppliers
Administrative at headquarter and branches
Assist in coordinating company's events
To ensure smooth running in overall office operations
Coordination and distribution of documentation
Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Need to know how to buy stationery and cleaning products and have to calculate budget
REQUIREMENTS
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Administration/Management or equivalent
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
3. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
5. Required Skill(s): Administration and good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Words)
6. Well organized and detailed oriented
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
8. Attentive to details with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
9. Knowledge of operating general office equipment such as a computer, phone system, printer scanner and fax machine.
10. Possess own transport
