CONTRACT
Cleansing Supervisor
Location: Mahkota Medical Centre, Melaka
Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all housekeepers in the execution of Environmental Services programs in the facility.
- Train or retrain the staffs as per the training schedule.
- Prepare staff monthly roster and staff daily deployment covering routine and project schedules.
- Conduct routine inspection and highlight to housekeepers on areas that need improvement.
- Conduct joint inspections with customer as per schedule.
- Carry out corrective actions when and where applicable to improve service quality.
- Maintain and update consumables stock level.
- Maintain good public relations with customer, facility users and employees.
- Assist client in preparation of external audit such as MSQH, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, MOH and etc.
- Understand and follow the company's OSH policy.
- Take care of own health and safety.
- Participate in OSH training, campaign and promotional sessions.
- To participate in risk, safety, quality, environmental and business continuity activities of the organization.
- Report any job related injuries, strains or illnesses as a result of doing your job to the Head of Facility.
- Perform other specialized cleaning duties as required by superior.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Must have drive and enthusiasm, firm and self motivated.
- Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
