CONTRACT
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead and oversee all marketing initiatives of the company, developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the brand, increase customer acquisition, and drive business growth. The CMO will be responsible for crafting comprehensive marketing plans, overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, and working closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month

- Oversee a company's overall advertising and sales strategy.
- Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities
- Develop the structure of the business's marketing department
- Negotiate advertising contacts
- Approve marketing campaign ideas
- Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s brand image, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the development of all marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data and trends.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and other marketing technologies.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
