Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a car registration runner. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and timely registration of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to handle various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • JPJ-Related Tasks:
  • Submitting vehicle registration applications to the Road Transport Department (JPJ).
  • Collecting and submitting necessary documents, such as vehicle inspection reports, insurance policies, and purchase agreements.
  • Following up on the status of vehicle registration applications and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Picking up and delivering vehicle registration documents from JPJ offices.
  • Puspakom-Related Tasks:
  • Scheduling vehicle inspections at Puspakom centers.
  • Accompanying vehicles to Puspakom for inspections.
  • Collecting vehicle inspection reports from Puspakom.
  • Bank-Related Tasks:
  • Collecting and submitting loan documents to banks.
  • Following up on loan disbursement and release of vehicle ownership documents.
  • Picking up and delivering loan documents from banks.
  • General Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle registration processes.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance Department, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Liaising with various departments, including sales, finance, and after-sales, to ensure smooth coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Additional Considerations:
  • The role may involve occasional travel to different locations, including JPJ offices, Puspakom centers, and banks.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
  • A positive and proactive attitude is highly valued.
