Cafe Crew
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Café Crew members. As part of our café, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent service to our customers.
Job Scope:
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Job Scope:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve beverages (such as coffee and tea), snacks, and light meals in line with company standards.
- Order Management: Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle payments, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Café Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the café by cleaning tables, counters, and kitchen areas. Ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Stock Management: Assist in maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, and managing food and beverage items.
- Assist in Promotions: Support any in-store promotions, upsell products, and recommend items to customers.
- Education: SPM or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in orders and payments, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety standards.
- Excellent Communication: Friendly and clear communication with customers and team members.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and support fellow staff members.
- Customer-Focused: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy periods.
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
