BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT

Job Description: Boutique Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and engaging personality
  • Assist customers in selecting and fitting clothing, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing boutique environment
  • Handle transactions and process payments accurately
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and arranging merchandise
  • Perform basic sewing tasks, such as mending and sewing buttons
  • Iron clothes to ensure they are in pristine condition for display and sale
  • Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries effectively
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver high-quality service
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • Female candidates only
  • Positive and confident demeanor with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Preferably plus-size (Size 42 to 50)
  • Flexible and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Basic sewing techniques and ironing skills
  • Commission-based position
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous
We are seeking a proactive and confident individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service, has basic sewing and ironing skills, and thrives in a team environment. This position requires availabilities from Mondays - Tuesdays and Thursdays- Sundays, 9 am - 6pm. If you have a positive attitude, a keen interest in fashion, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
