BOUTIQUE ADVISOR

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Boutique Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences to customers, driving sales, and enhancing our online presence. This role blends retail sales with online marketing initiatives, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion and tech-savvy in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. In-Store Customer Service & Sales:
  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Provide personalized styling advice based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure a well-organized and visually appealing boutique environment.
  • Handle product inquiries, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage POS system for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
2. Inventory & Merchandising:
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves.
  • Organize and maintain boutique displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute seasonal product launches and promotions.
3. Online Marketing & E-commerce:
  • Assist in managing the boutique’s online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.) to promote products and engage with the online community.
  • Develop and execute content strategies for social media, including photos, videos, and live sessions, to boost brand visibility and drive online sales.
  • Create engaging copy and visuals for email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.
  • Track online marketing efforts and analyze metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, web traffic) to measure success and improve future campaigns.
4. Client Relationship & Retention:
  • Maintain a customer database and help implement loyalty programs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly across both physical and online channels.
  • Support online orders, including order fulfillment, packaging, and coordinating shipments.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work with the marketing team to develop online promotional strategies that align with in-store events and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth transitions between online sales and in-store stock.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail, customer service, or boutique sales (fashion industry experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, with a passion for styling and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and online marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tik Tok) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
