1) Reports the proper uniform and name badge at all times. 2) Checks that the opening checklist is observed. 3) Ensures that liquor stocks are adequate if not raises the necessary documents for replenishment. 4) Display bottles and shelves are to be cleaned with a damp cloth. 5) Glassware should all be washed and rinsed and wipe dry. 6) Preparation of adequate fruit garnish. 7) Ensure ice machine is cleaner and has enough ice cubes 8) All fruits and juices must be properly refrigerated. 9) Ensure that the beverage inventories are properly done. 10) To serve beverages to members according to standards set. 11) Maintain neatness and cleanliness at the bar at all times. 12) Garbage is to be disposed daily.
