Bartender

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join the team at AURORA BISTRO. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing a range of creative and classic cocktails according to customer preferences and our quality standards, providing guests with an exceptional beverage experience.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Be knowledgeable about and recommend signature drinks from our menu
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring safety during drink preparation
  • Manage and replenish bar inventory to ensure a steady supply of beverages and ingredients
  • Interact professionally with customers, providing drink recommendations and excellent service
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a bartender, with knowledge of cocktail preparation and other beverage types
  • Good understanding of different types of spirits, beer, wine, and general drink knowledge
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for engaging with guests
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
