Ansell is looking for a Specialist, HR (L&D) to join our team in Melaka, Malaysia.
In this position you will play a vital role in overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees. You will be liasing with internal stakeholder to identify and assess training and development needs.
Ansell is looking for MDM Analyst to be based in Melaka.
This position will act as the data gatekeeper for governing of master data in Manufacturing ERP system, accountable for managing, overseeing and controlling data quality of global and local master data. The incumbent manages activities that protect or enhance the master data values and directs the movement of data across the Manufacturing ERP system. He/she oversees their validation and organization and makes sure that the data are available to appropriate people and systems within the organization. The incumbent supports the business to better decision-making, protects the needs of all data stakeholders (OTC, PTP, Sourcing, Warehousing, Planning, QA, Production & Finance)

What your role will be in details?
Reporting to Sr Manager, Supply Chain, you will be:
- Create and maintain plant master data including but not limited to Customer master, Product Master (Raw Materials, WIP Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Materials), Vendor Master, Formula & Recipe and Routing based on SOP.
- Partner with MDM BPO in data governance of master data including Formula and Recipe, Raw Materials, WIP Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Materials etc.
- Accountable for data governance of Routing, Formula & Recipe in Process Manufacturing.
- On daily operations, owns data quality issues that have their nature on manufacturing ERP MDM platform, and bring them to closure.
- Works in conjunction with plant operations team to ensure accurate master data set-ups and maintenance in Manufacturing ERP system for plant.
- Master data deactivation / obsoleting as and when required.
- Blocking and unblocking vendors and customers depending on the request made by the plant management.
- Managing the workflow approval process for master data set-ups in Manufacturing ERP system for plant.
- Manages escalation and provides recommendation on master data changes to plant master data users.
- Provide front line administrative support to MDM BPO on SOP and documentation for Manufacturing ERP system.
- Leads / Supports plant master data activities for Manufacturing ERP implementation or initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all internal and external EHS rules, regulations and other Risk Management requirements.
What you will bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Working experience in related field / MDM / Supply Chain / Production/Finance/Business Analyst.
- Experience in Product Master or Bill of Materials data maintenance would be an added advantage
- Good communications skills
- Good data analysis skills
- Literacy in Microsoft Office Excel (Vlookup/Hlookup/Pivot/Advance filters/Familiar with complex formulas)
- Previous experience with ERP system knowledge will be added advantages.
