Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel.
Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Prepare and maintain reports and other documents as required.
Accounting Support:
Maintaining accurate bookkeeping and office accounting needs.
Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
Maintain up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Handle and manage the outstanding balances from debtors.
Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist on spot-duty at reception counter.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
