Responsibilities
- Issue invoice and quotation
- Record & collect payment
- Order tools and supplies for the company.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Ensure document must be filing.
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
- Cleaning of working area.
- Key in invoice to computer.
- Deliver items to customers.
- Tracking and recording expenses i.e., Company supplier payment, Staff Claims and Petty Cash Claims.
- Any other task/works as assigned by Finance GM from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must at least a SPM level
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Good communication skills.
- Self-discipline and able to work independently.
- Able to understand English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
- Capable of multitasking and staying positive.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
