Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- To perform credit control activities including monitoring of receivable aging, contact customers for payment commitments, issue statements of accounts, reminder letters & other related documents to customers.
- Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable transactions.
- Process and updates daily bank in
- Prepare, monitor and updates of post-dated merchant record
- Update of AR aging and resolve AR dispute and discrepancies.
- Ensure petty cash transactions are properly recorded and monitored.
- Update the cash book and to monitor bank balance
- Lending support to the Manager in stock keeping and control and perform admin duties when required.
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
- Candidate posses at least a diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Experience in using Excel Spreadsheet.
- Ensure timely submission/ updated job progress
- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
- Responsible, Meticulous and possess good working attitude.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur - Wangsa Maju
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
