Accounts & Admin Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts.
- Perform prompt billing and monitor collection;
- Prepare payments to suppliers;
- Responsible for efficient cash management & banking matters.
- Ensure accurate and proper recording and treatment of all transactions with adherence to the accounting standards and policies;
- Preparation of monthly financial report to ensure completeness and accuracy;
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely reporting of financial information to joint venture company
- Coordinate and engage with external auditor for year-end audits;
- Assist in local tax reporting to ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements;
- Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties when required.
- Professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in F&B
- Computer literate with good knowledge of accounting software, preferably knowledge of XERO
- Strong analytical skills, resourceful, independent, strong attention to details, hands-on and easily adaptable to changing conditions
- Good command of spoken and written English and Malay
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
