ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
POSITION : ACCOUNT AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE
1. Handle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end / year-end financial closing activities, journal postings on timely manner.
2. Handle daily accounting operation relating to general ledger, cash book, contra accounts, deposit accounts, and month-end closing with the necessary accruals and reversals
3. Perform finance data entry and general bookkeeping for supplier invoices and prepare payments according to credit term on timely basis
4. Verify and process staff claims and payments
5. Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions timely
6. Maintain attendance and punctuality records
7. Record staff leave application records
8. Handle administrative tasks required by company
9. Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the management
WHO WE LOOK FOR
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Degree in Accounting
- Min 1 years of relevant working experience, preferably in construction / Property industry
- Able to work independently with multiple priorities and tight deadlines (Initiative & Committed)
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Accounting Software / Payroll Software
