Account Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Handle full set accounts and month end closing.
- To prepare and analyze month end reporting.
- Assist and managing financial systems/policies.
- Verify all Debtor and Creditor outstanding balance against Debtor and Creditor statement are tally.
- Follow up and obtain payment from client by weekly basis based on payment term.
- Prepare Debtor and Creditor Aging for weekly management review.
- Collating and preparing reports, accounts and financial statements.
- To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data.
- Handling communications with suppliers through phone & mail.
- Prepare monthly reports on collections.
- Updating daily accounting records and filing.
- Handle the general accounting related function and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Excel especially Accounting Software.
- Assists in monthly closing activities, preparation of monthly financial reports and statement reconciliations.
- Independent, Good Interpersonal, Self Motivate, Able to keep full set of accounts, knowledge and Standard.
- Language proficiency include English, Malay and Chinese.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
