•Issuance of Insurance Policies, Certificates, Quotations, Endorsements, renewal policies & notices. •Ensure KYC (Know your customer) forms are updated. •Assist customers to insure their vehicle. •Obtain Civil id, Mulkia (Estimation) of the vehicle. •Analyze client needs and prepare quote based on manager’s approval. •Enter the vehicle data in the system & generate policy copy. •Maintain file, records and MIS. •Assist the surveyor, Agency manager, Resident Manager for any work assigned. •Prepare weekly and monthly reports. •Save and formatting the policies and documents. •Distribute and receipt of comprehensive and third-party policies and attachments of the transfers to Insurance brokerage companies. •Attend to Brokers, clients etc. queries related to motor department. •Report to HOF for financial matters related to payments, reconciliation etc.
