•Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Aftersales, stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise on DMS capabilities. •Customize and configure DMS platforms to optimize document storage, retrieval, and security for financial data. •Develop and maintain workflows within the DMS to streamline document processes, including version control and audit trails. •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to document management and data security. •Create user manuals and provide training to concerned employees on DMS functionalities and best practices. •Monitor system performance and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted DMS operation. •Troubleshoot on DMS platforms issues across all automotive divisions. •Evaluate and recommend enhancements to DMS platforms based on evolving business needs and technological advancements. •Perform daily health checks for the Autoline system. •Support users with problems and queries related to the Keyloop Autoline application software. •Accurately resolve problems using investigative and analytical skills. •Identify and replicate problems that require a software change by Keyloop Development. •Proactively take ownership of all calls in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. •Manage, prioritize, and progress calls using the call logging system and ensure regular updates. •Assist, train, and support less experienced team members with their calls using appropriate tools. •Constantly report on sensitive issues to IT Manager and Senior Support staff as needed. •Handle complaints and call escalation requests from users. •Implement and administer all modules database, and new products of Autoline. •Implementation of new products aligned with the DMS functionality.
