Manager-Foreign Currency Trading
Responsibilities
•Increase overall revenue from foreign currency trading activities. •Present updates in regular management meetings on revenue improvements and strategies for continuous enhancement. •Ensure the capital deployment for the business is at optimal level. •Monitor and report the volumes of currencies bought and sold on a monthly and quarterly basis. •Set and achieve targets for foreign currency traded. •Ensure 100% compliance with local and international regulatory requirements. •Regularly update compliance protocols and training for the team. •Implement best practices in compliance to mitigate risks associated with cross-border currency trading. •Increase the number of new exchange partnerships established Monthly, Quarterly and Annually. •Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partner exchanges. •Strategize, plan and execute on opportunities of growth with new or existing partners •Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and continuously seek opportunities for collaboration •Good knowledge of local Central Bank of Kuwait regulatory frameworks governing foreign currency trading. •Knowledge of global AML standards, Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations, and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements

: Bachelor
Major
: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience
Years of Experience
: 6 - 10 Years
Field of Experience
: Experience in foreign currency trading, with a strong background in money exchange business
Skills
•Excel in attention to detail, possess knowledge of currency security features and design. •Skilled with detection tools and anti-counterfeiting technologies. •Understand financial regulations and easily differentiate between real and counterfeit currency notes. •Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. •Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
