Design: Create compelling visual designs in line with brand guidelines for various print and digital mediums including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and presentations.
Conceptualize: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate the company’s message and objectives.
Execute: Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for print and digital media within tight deadlines.
Iterate: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate on designs and improve upon initial concepts.
Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continually improve skills and knowledge.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members including copywriters, marketers, and project managers to ensure cohesive designs across all platforms.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.
Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Attention to detail and ability to work methodically to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and design trends.
Portfolio: A portfolio of previous work demonstrating creative and technical skills is required.
