For a Leading Advertising Agency in Kuwait
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing impactful visual solutions that elevate our clients' brands and drive results. You will work closely with the creative team, clients, and senior management to translate strategic goals into compelling creative executions across various media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute original, high-impact designs that align with overall product and branding strategies.
- Lead and inspire junior designers, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the creative team to brainstorm innovative ideas and bring fresh perspectives to projects.
- Manage projects independently from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within budget and deadlines.
- Present creative concepts confidently and effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, digital best practices, and industry innovations.
- Conduct thorough research on competitors and target audiences to inform creative decisions and ensure relevance.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative agency environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven track record of developing successful campaigns.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with photography, video editing, and animation is a plus.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
