Al Mulla Power Solutions Company (AMPS) is strategically partnering with a leading OEM of power generation product solutions, offering cutting-edge power generation product solutions in Kuwait. AMPS is seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to lead Al Mulla Group’s power generation company, AMPS, a key power solutions company in the Al Mulla Group. Responsibilities: •Assist in after-sales growth in Kuwait's marine, diesel, gas, and on-site energy sectors and reaching customer satisfaction, service excellence, market share, and profitability goals. •Support the company's future prosperity by promoting and providing the OEM’s comprehensive state-of-the-art after-sales solutions to clients in the technology, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors. •Assist in promoting and creating comprehensive value service solutions, such as Value Care, REMAN and overhaul, enhanced warranties, and engine replacements, for clients across various industries. •Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for the OEM’s service solutions offerings in alignment with overall company objectives. Help identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in various industrial markets. •Collaborate with team members and contribute to the team's success and professional development. •Support cultivating enduring relationships with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders. Understand their requirements and work together to provide solutions that satisfy or surpass those expectations. •Help manage business unit budgets, expenses, and financial performance to maximize profitability and return on investment. •Identify operational excellence opportunities and implement adequate financial controls. •Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and updates, particularly in the retail and industrial domains. Leverage insights from market analysis to support strategic decisions and pinpoint fresh prospects for the business. •Ensure compliance with all Al Mulla Group rules and policies and relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing the respective businesses. •Stay informed about regulation changes and ensure that all business units comply.
