We are an international market research consultancy operating across the Middle East, currently looking for part-time customer experience evaluators who are residing in Kuwait city, Kuwait, to assess the customer service standards in several interesting venues.
Job Description
Your main task will be to pose as a real customer and evaluate the staff performance and the whole experience.
The job usually takes less than an hour and the report will be submitted online afterward while you are relaxing at home.
