•Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns. •Analyze and interpret market data to identify trends, opportunities and threats. •Work with other departments such as sales and product development to coordinate marketing efforts. •Manage and track the performance of marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and ROI. •Assist in preparing marketing budgets and monitoring expenses. •Organize and attend promotional events and trade shows. •Develop content for various marketing platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns. •Oversee and manage all social media accounts of the brand. •Track customers’ comments and direct any complaints to relevant team members. •Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts to attract an audience and promote brand-focused messages. •Audit and analyze social media presence, including advertising costs & returns. •Analyze social media campaigns with tracking system to efficacy and areas for improvements. •Assist the operation department during the launches of new products, and events. •Assist in activating & improving brand awareness amongst target customers segments.
