Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and drives engagement across all digital marketing and CRM platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The Assistant Manager will also play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of all content, supporting brand marketing efforts, and enhancing online PR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: ➔ Content Strategy Development: ◆ Develop and implement a content strategy that supports the overall marketing objectives and enhances customer engagement. ◆ Identify content trends, audience preferences, and emerging platforms to refine and adapt content strategies accordingly. ◆ Work closely with the Digital Marketing and CRM teams to align content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and customer relationship goals. ➔ Content Planning & Execution: ◆ Create and maintain a content calendar that includes scheduling, production timelines, and delivery deadlines across all platforms. ◆ Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content for various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website, blogs, and CRM campaigns. ◆ Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms. ➔ Content Quality Assurance (QA): ◆ Review and approve all content before publication to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, relevance, and brand alignment. ◆ Conduct regular audits of content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. ◆ Implement and maintain processes for content review, feedback, and iteration. ➔ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: ◆ Collaborate with internal teams, including Business, Creative, Brand Marketing, and IT, to align content initiatives with business goals. ◆ Work closely with external partners, such as agencies and influencers, to execute content strategies and campaigns. ◆ Facilitate cross-functional discussions to ensure cohesive content strategies and execution across various marketing channels. ➔ Brand Marketing & Online PR: ◆ Support brand marketing initiatives through content creation, storytelling, and campaign activation. ◆ Manage online PR efforts, including influencer partnerships, press releases, and media outreach to enhance brand visibility. ◆ Monitor and respond to public perceptions of the brand online, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image. ➔ Performance Analysis & Reporting: ◆ Track and analyze content performance metrics across digital platforms to measure effectiveness and ROI. ◆ Prepare and present regular reports on content performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management. ◆ Continuously optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. ● 4+ years of experience in brand, content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role. ● Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing channels, and CRM platforms. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. ● Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms. ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. ● Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building. ● Experience in managing external partners, such as agencies and influencers, is a plus.
