Responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for projects, campaigns, or brands.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from brainstorming to execution, ensuring projects are on-brand and on-time.
- Provide guidance and feedback to creative teams to ensure that projects align with the established vision.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform creative strategies.
- Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the brand's identity and messaging.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Supervise all work completed by the creative department
- Oversee the design layout and visual impact of marketing materials, products or publications
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
- Oversee the creative budget
- Arrange photo and video sessions
- Direct contact creations
- Create Story board and mood board
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing field and creativity.
- A professional marketing certificate is preferred.
- Excellent in bilingual communication skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to focus on achieving required results.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
- Ability to think creatively to develop unique marketing ideas that deliver positive results to boutiqaat clients.
- Effective analytical thinking, and problem solving.
