•Responsible for keeping up to date with the latest relevant brand and product information. •Provide customers with specification information on all Mercedes-Benz products and services available through the retailer including aftersales. •Stay up to date on competitor’s product information and using this to provide a critical comparison for potential customers. •Consistently follow showroom sales process as defined by the management team. •Present the features, technology, safety systems and unique selling points of the vehicles to customers during a showroom product presentation. Ensure that the product presentation is tailored to the wants and needs of the individual customer. •Assist the sales executive in planning and managing the test drive process and offering product insight during the test drive. Provide the test drive (at least familiarization drive) at the convenience and location of the customer. •Actively provide potential customers’ needs and requirements with a view to passing any relevant information onto the sales executive / transaction manager ensuring consistent and relevant delivery of exceptional customer experience. •Proactively approach customers in the showroom to offer help / advise and introducing the customer to the sales executive. •Be available to all areas of the business to provide technical, brand and product specification upon request. •Set up, assign and connect all “Connect” enabled vehicles. Provide customer demonstrations of connect features of the vehicle and customer portal (if connected vehicles are in the country) •Utilize advantages online to understand and demonstrate product technology •Use all available digital signage and guides to enhance the customer’s experience (if applicable) •Guide the customer whilst using the online configurator to establish the ideal model and specification •Follow up all customer enquiries in a timely manner •Involvement in marketing events / launch events
