Accessories Salesperson
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated knowledge of the inventory on the shop floor
- Complete daily tasks assigned by Showroom Management, such as pricing, checking on designated zones, and more
- Approach customers in a welcoming manner
- Listen carefully to understand and identify the customers’ needs
- Present and demonstrate solutions that meet the customers’ requirements
- Answer all queries customers may have about the products
- Thoroughly explain company’s sales & return policy
- Close the deal and create quotations
- Create and update a database of current and new customers
- Assist Accessories VM in replenishing the accessories shelves
- Participate in team meetings to discuss personal and team goals
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Follow up with market trends
- Review the inventory with Merchandise Controller- Number Available vs. Stock Balance
- Perform other duties, as instructed, which would contribute to effective business operations
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Sales
