Learning & Development Specialist
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Correspond with managers to identify training needs
- Formulate training plans/ calendar regularly (monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Create and conduct the training programs that will assist in the organization’s development
- Organize all materials that are required
- Maintain all training records (attendance, training feedback, etc…)
- Utilize the feedback obtained after the program when strategizing for further development
- Prepare training certificates for all attendees
- Keep up-to-date with training and development trends
- Prepare a budget for all training activities
- Perform other duties, as instructed, which would contribute to effective business operations
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or any related field
- Experience: 3 years of training experience

- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to design and implement training programs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Bilingual- Arabic & English
