Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Prepare rough sketches and detailed work of the designer’s concepts/ ideas
• Perform calculations for the site area, materials, and more
• Coordinate with Architects and Engineers to guarantee the most desirable outcome
• Correspond with the Sales team for various inquiries
• Ensure the final design is in line with building regulations and company standards
• Prepare presentations for the clients
• File and document to maintain an organized database
• Perform other duties, as instructed, which would contribute to effective business operations

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably related to Engineering
• Experience: 3 years of experience in the field
• Skills:
  • Able to use design programs (Auto CAD, 3DMax, and Revit)
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Results-driven
  • Exceptional numerical skills
