This position is a multi-functional role designed to support multiple recruitment and employer branding global projects management.
In this position you will:
- Coordinate and administrate projects.
- Analyze data from different HR/recruitment systems and gaining insight for improvements.
- Monitor social media employees’ activities
- Interact and collaborate with external vendors.
- Create content for recruitment social media activities.
- Coordinate Team’ design requests for special recruitment events, job fairs, awards.
- Monitor recruitment/employer branding posts and activities on social media.
Requirements:
- 3+ minimum semesters left
- Student in B.A / M.A in business management/economics/industrial engineering/data management or related fields
- Social media experience- a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Control of office tools, Excel, and Power Point in particular
- Data-driven mindset
- Social media savvy, love to create content.
- Previous experience in project management – significant advantage
- Eager to learn, people person and processes oriented.
