Role
Washroom duties:

• The control and management of all activities in the washroom
• Leader in the removal and disposal of all waste out of all areas of the plant brought to the washroom from Plant 1 and the removal and disposal of the waste from bakery 2.
• Cleaning of the washroom and all equipment that pass through it
• Providing assistance to stores by cleaning according to routine schedule

Qualifications and / or Experience:
Demonstrable experience in manufacturing
Demonstrable experience in the area of cleaning
Some experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Some Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing environment an advantage

Special Skills:
Good knowledge of food manufacturing and cleaning processes
An knowledge or understanding of cleaning chemicals and their usage
Awareness of pest control as it relates to waste management
Experience in the use of, fork trucks and forklifts
Attention to detail a key attribute of the role
Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
