Hygiene Operator
Hygiene Operator Job Responsibilities
We currently have a vacancy within the hygiene department for a Hygiene Operator whose primary responsibility will be day-to-day cleaning within the factory areas. The position will report to the Hygiene Manager.
The individual must have an accurate attention for detail, have an organised approach and work to a food safe standard.
Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills are a prerequisite for the successful candidate along with the required skills set as outlined below:
Key Accountabilities:
The Hygiene Operator’s primary function is - Cleaning of the production factory and machines therein. Carry out heavy duty cleaning tasks and special projects as required. The individual must be comfortable working at heights.

- Previous factory cleaning experience desirable.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Good inter personnel skills and working well with team members.
- Proven ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
- A polite manner, and a calm and professional attitude.
- Be accepting of a changing shift pattern.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (including a good standard of spoken English)
