The opportunity
EY is looking for Director in the Lead Advisory team.
Your key responsibilities
1. Industry Knowledge
2. Understanding of the key deal imperative and M&A strategies
3. Comprehensive understanding of the deal activity in the sector and deal drivers with reference to PE/VC investors

To qualify for the role you must have
1. MBA (preferably from a premier institute) or CA with a good academic background with 10+ years of relevant post qualification experience
