Provide full end-to-end service to customers scheduling vehicle service bookings or repairs.
Meet and greet all service customers promptly and professionally via phone, email, or walk-ins.
Manage customer check-in and communications throughout the service process.
Determine workshop availability for service, maintenance, and repair work.
Ensure vehicles are ready on time, clearly explaining the work completed to customers.
Handle all administration related to the servicing and maintenance of customer vehicles, including systems input, invoicing, and daily management of ‘work-in-progress.’
Liaise with other teams in business management, sales, warranty, and parts.
Assist in gathering customer service feedback to ensure processes consistently meet ISO standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally in a dealership, HGV, or CVRT environment.
Demonstrated customer service and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail for accurate documentation and system entries.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Highly flexible and well-organized with excellent administrative skills.
Working knowledge of vehicle management systems such as Keyloop, Kerridge, or CDK Autoview is advantageous.
Knowledge and experience with Dealer Management Systems (experience with Kerridge CDK is a plus).
A full, valid driving license for Ireland.
Keen interest in the automotive industry with a general understanding of vehicles and associated terminology.
