HGV Mechanic 45K - 50K (Dundalk)

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of fleet vehicles, ensuring all work meets company standards and safety protocols.
Complex Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced fault-finding techniques.
Time Management: Efficiently manage your schedule to complete repairs and inspections within set deadlines.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety regulations, ensuring all tasks meet required safety standards.
Productivity & Efficiency: Maintain a high level of productivity, ensuring repairs and inspections are completed quickly and effectively.
VOR Minimization: Work diligently to minimize Vehicle Off Road (VOR) time, ensuring vehicles are back in operation as soon as possible.

The Ideal Candidate:

Technical Expertise: Demonstrates a high level of technical knowledge in vehicle maintenance and repair.
Experience: Has at least 3 years of relevant experience in vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications: Holds a QQI Level Six Award or equivalent in a related field.
