Your new organisation is a leading Residential Developer, established over the last 50 years. Their objective is to transform innovative and creative designs into practical and stylish homes with a focus on delivering complete customer satisfaction across NI and ROI.
They are seeking 2 experienced Senior Site Engineers for key on site roles on new housing developments.
Your new role
As Senior Engineer you will report to the Project Manager and offer advice in the planning, co-ordination and supervision of all technical aspects of the construction project. . You will be tasked with Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect and Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed within this role you will hold a Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 7+ years’ experience as a Site/Senior Engineer with a Main Contractor. You will have experience using setting out equipment, for example total station, GPS and laser levels. A background in residential works is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to create strong relationships with relevant stakeholders is crucial.

The salary being offered does depend on your level of experience but is between €70,000 - €85,000 with a company pension, company vehicle or travel allowance, as well as a company phone and laptop.
